The little battery inside the product is wireless and rechargeable and it lasts up to 500 cycles. That’s a long time! You’ll get several seasons out of this.
Before you use your battery heated insoles for the first time, charge it for 8 hours. Look for the power switch at the back of the insoles, remove the cap and confirm that the switch is on the off position on the left towards the power socket.
Both soles must be in the off position to receive charge. Insert the adapter jacks into each of the ThermoSoles sockets then plug into the electrical outlet. Remember both soles must be plugged and charged at the same time.
After the initial 8 hour charge you only need to charge the soles for two hours for regular use. Use the light on the adapter as your guide that the soles are fully charged. When the light is red on the adapter, the insoles are charging, when the light is green, the soles are charged and ready for use.
No need to worry if you leave the soles charging for more than 2 hours. There’s no risk of overcharging.
To start using the electric insoles, turn both switches to the on position towards the right or away from the power socket. Check for a red light to indicate that the soles are on. This light is up for approximately two minutes. Once they are turned on, integrated thermostats in the soles will be activated when the temperature drops to 31 degrees Celsius (89F).
Once this happens, you will see the red LED light go on. When the temperature reaches 41 degrees Celsius (106F), the heating mode will be deactivated and the red light will be turned off. Put back the protective cap and insert into your favorite shoes or boots.
You can remove or leave the original insoles of your shoes, whichever is more comfortable for you.
Now you’re all set to face the harsh elements of the great winter outdoors. Once turned on your soles will adjust to keep you at the ideal body temperature. Because each sole works separately from the other, one light might be on and the other off. This is perfectly normal. That’s just your ThermoSoles continuously adjusting to your body temperature.
Our normal body temperature is at 37 degrees Celsius (99F). The ThermoSoles are designed to reach that optimum temperature and not to overheat causing perspiration and other harsh effects of heat.
Here’s a fun test to see your electric foot insoles in action.
Turn one sole on and the other one off and put them in the freezer for ten minutes. Move them from the freezer. The insoles will have different temperatures. This shows you how well ThermoSoles work to keep your feet at the right temperature.
Caring for your battery operated ThermoSoles is very important to keep them in good condition.
You can cut them to fit any type of shoe. Just follow the cutting guide on soles. Going beyond the lines will cause damage to the heating elements.
Remove the soles after each use and turn off the power. Recharge them for two hours for the next chilly day. Store in the enclosed pouch and keep dry in a cool area.
To clean them, use only a damp cloth and air dry. Do not immerse them in water. Do not use any liquid or soap and make sure they’re dry before you use them again.
Never bend the foot insoles. Use only the provided adapter. Keep the power switch off at all times when charging.
There are different sizes to accommodate any foot that’s out there and basically any shoe that it’s going to go in.

These winter heated insoles use safe and environmentally friendly material in combination with high-efficiency carbon fiber heaters.
