Variety of ActionHeat socks allow you to choose between a cotton-blend sock fabric or a wool blend sock fabric. The main visual difference between socks are the color patterns, which easily determines the type of sock material you have.

The double-a battery heated sock gets you between 6 to 7 hours of heat and runs on six double-a batteries, three batteries for each sock.
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery heated socks provide over 10 hours of heating power and charge fully in 3 to 4 hours.
The heating panels are located in the toe area and the ball of the foot, outputting a maximum temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The internal heating spreads to the remainder of the foot, giving you fully warm feet in a matter of minutes.
Taking care of your lithium ion batteries is important to extend the longevity of your heated socks. Lithium ion battery is very similar to a typical cell phone battery so proper care and storage is essential to ensure your batteries have a full lifespan of over 500 charging cycles.
Your batteries need to be stored with a full charge when not being used for long periods of time. About every 6 weeks set the batteries on a single charging cycle to regenerate them and keep them active.
If lithium-ion batteries are kept with low or no power for extended periods of time it can significantly deplete the overall battery life. Be sure to always disconnect the battery from the product when not in use to ensure the garment doesn’t slowly drain power from your battery.
All ActionHeat socks are sweat resistant but not intended to be used as a waterproof garment as exposure to high amounts of water could potentially damage the internal heating application.
For proper cleaning of your garment, ActionHeat recommends spot cleaning only to guarantee a continuous use of the heating functions. Try not to scrub while washing to avoid damage to the internal connections.
Lay the garment flat to dry and don’t use an iron or a dryer. We also strongly recommend not putting your garment in the washing machine or dry-cleaning as there is no guaranteed way of cleaning the entire garment in a commercial cleaning machine without damaging the heating connections.
All ActionHeat garments should be treated by hand using a local spotting agent in the area of the spot or stain.
ActionHeat battery heated socks feature a unisex fit with three distinctive sizing options. They’re small/medium, large/extra-large and double extra-large.
The small/medium fits men between the size 5 to 8.5 shoe and fits women between a size 6 to 9.5 shoe.
The large/extra-large size fits men between a size 9 to 12 shoe and fits women between a size 10 to 13 shoe.
The double extra-large is made to fit men between a size 12 and a half to 15 shoe and fit any women with a size 13 shoe or above.
If you feel like you fall just between these measurements and you’re having trouble deciding which size would fit best, it’s recommended to go up in size for the highest comfort.
The socks are ready to wear directly out of the box but it’s recommended to charge your batteries before their first usage.

Here’s what you need to know about the 3V heated sock liner.
It uses a four way stretch moisture wicking material to help keep your feet and legs comfortable and the three volt heat system covers the bottom of your foot running from the tip of your toes back to the beginning of your heel.
To turn the heat system on, first fully charge your battery. Locate the lead wire at the side of the leg, plug your fully charged battery into that lead wire, press and hold the power button and you will be heating on the highest setting.
The highest heat setting is four dots. To turn it down incrementally, press the power button and you will go from 100% to 75% to 50% and then 25%, ending in the off position.
When you want to change the heat setting on the battery using the remote, you must press and hold the button on the remote for 5 seconds per level.
